Classic (fiction) 760L

A man and a dog travel on the Yukon Trail. It is seventy-five degrees below zero, and the man plans to reach his camp shortly after dark. The man is inexperienced with such cold temperatures, and he is surprised by how quickly his face and hands become numb. When he falls through the ice, he knows he needs to stop and build a fire before he freezes.
