The Loser

Realistic (fiction) 550L

Jae keeps losing his belongings, one after the next. Rather than letting this get him down, Jae maintains a surprisingly positive attitude and, in the end, learns that losing his belongings wasn't so bad after all. The Loser can be used to teach students how to analyze characters and to identify and use contractions. The book and lesson are also available for levels I and L.
